We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

    •    The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

    •    You must contact us within 48 hours after receiving the order.

    •    Returns are not accepted for size or preference reasons once the product has been used.

    •    Provide your order number and a photo of the product.

    •    Once approved, we will arrange the return or exchange.
